El objetivo principal del curso es proporcionar a los participantes conocimientos teóricos y prácticas sobre la<br /> tecnología de elaboración y el negocio de helados artesanales y helados soft.</p>
<p>La industria de los helados es un sector con una tasa de crecimiento positiva, motivo por el cual muchos<br />
emprendedores quieren iniciar un negocio en este rubro, en este sentido es importante que estas personas<br /> conozcan los aspectos técnicos del proceso de fabricación, teniendo en cuenta este aspecto, el curso ofrece<br /> estos conocimientos y como resultado vemos que muchos participantes han iniciado negocios exitosos en todo<br /> el país.</p>
<p>- Define los principales tipos de helado y los ingredientes requeridos para el proceso de cada uno de ellos.<br />
- Identificar los principales tipos de helado clasificados de acuerdo a la normatividad existente.<br /> - Aplica los conocimientos adquiridos en la formulación de los diferentes tipos de helados.<br /> - Aplica los conocimientos adquiridos en la fabricaci- n de helados artesanales de diferentes tipos.</p>
<p>La metodología del curso consistirá en exposiciones orales, en forma virtual, de las clases, con una duración de 2.5 horas diarias, de lunes a viernes. Los asistentes participarán en forma muy activa, se formarán grupos de trabajo para las tareas respectivas y se absolverán todas las preguntas sin límite de tiempo.<br />
Las clases prácticas se desarrollarán en forma presencial, con participación activa de todos los asistentes que<br /> elaborarán los distintos tipos de helados directamente desde el inicio hasta la obtención d ellos productos.</p>
